  1. This cookbook looks fantastic! What I find most challenging about cooking summer meals is that I don’t want to get all heated up in the kitchen! I hate spending a ton of time indoors cooking when I could be enjoying the sun, but I still want healthy dinners.

  2. Dear Kosher like me: the most challenging thing about preparing summer meals is finding recipes that incorporate the bounty of the season, are vegan and that the family (young and elders) will eat, especially on the sabbath. Would LOVE to win the cookbook. Shalom, Sharon

  3. I love scones, muffins and cookies to complement a summer brunch. But I find it challenging to bake in Southern California summer heat because I don’t want to turn on my oven.

  4. The most challenging thing — seriously — is knowing when to eat. My schedule currently involves working three overnights a week, two early mornings … and then whatever freelance work is available. I’m hoping that having a quick-and-easy plant-based cookbook might make that easier. Thanks.

  5. Yes…about time a vegan kosher cookbook!!!
Always looking to try new recipes with the veggies, root crops & fruit from my Bucket Farm…vegan kosher is a perfect addition!! Very excited 😎

  6. Trying to prepare delicious and healthy meal that my family would love, without spendind all day long in the kitchen!!! Thanks for your recipes and happy summer 🙂

  7. This cookbook looks so great! We went mostly plant based about 6 months ago… I find the different schedule and not having as much time to prep for dinner cuz of summer activities most difficult in the summer! More people home pulling me in a million different directions makes cooking hard. So quick and easy is where it’s at!!

  8. The heat is the hardest part for me, I love baking so much, so when summer time comes I miss out on a lot of that! It is hard to keep coming up with meals that don’t use the oven day after day!

  9. Biggest summer challenge – not wanting to turn the oven on when it is hot; and getting tired of preparing the same old sandwiches and salads. I need some new inspiration and ideas to perk it up!

  10. My challenge is a healthy, filling meal without using my oven. Salads are a great summer food, but my family gets grumpy after several days of just sala combinations.
