  1. With chilly winter weather, I enjoy a good spicy chicken curry to warm the belly. Would love to transform it into a plant-based meal that tastes just as good .. or even better! Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

  2. I have to say, there are soo many interesting recipes in the book to choose from…but this cookbook would give me the opportunity on the holidays to bring an incredible dish to the dinners that I can eat!!
Plus I grow my own turmeric (&ginger) in 5 gallon buckets (New England)…

  3. My Husband became a pescatarian about 18 months ago after visiting a goat cheese farm in Provence (he bonded with a billy goat.) I am running out of new recipe ideas. Would love to find a great one dish meal that tastes like a beef or lamb tagine full of umami flavor that appeals to the meat eaters in my family as well.

  4. I would love to try stuffed cabbage (or olipsses [sp?] as my mom called them) as a plant-based dish! I love them in cool weather for sukkot but they can be heavy and rich. I’d love a healthy plant-based recipe to try!
