  1. Good olive oil is a staple around the culinary salt blend kitchen. Uses include salad dressings with preserved lemons, pesto, roasting winter squash, drizzled on dry farm Early Girl tomatoes, on popcorn with Farmer Freed’s Everyday Herb Salt, season frittatas, and frying up brussel sprouts.

It’s always a goal to purchase EVOO while abroad, and most recently picked up a few tins from Rish LaKish in the Gaillee.

  2. I use mild for frying eggs, salad dressings, and all around general cooking use but prefer a peppery evoo for finishing soups, a drizzle over pasta, roasted vegetables, or an open faced sandwich with goat cheese! Anywhere the flavor will stand out and shine.
Beautiful oils. Thanks for the post!

  3. I really have only used regular organic virgin EVOO, but all of these sound amazing. I use EVOO from everything from salads, lamb or meats and fish to sautéing veggies and frying, etc. Thank you for offering these fabulous organic, high quality infused EVOOs.
